4 week Introductory Courses

These classes provide  a steady and thorough introduction to the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga . Build strength, flexibility and focus by connecting breath and movement in a sequence of postures from the Primary Series. Whether you're new to Ashtanga Yoga, wanting to consolidate what you have already learned or needing a refresher course these sessions are for you. Everyone is welcome. Please book and pay for courses online .  Once you have commenced a course you may attend any combination of sessions on the timetable at your level from week to week
( ie no need to confirm space prior to coming in ).

If you have missed the start date, you are still welcome to begin a course. If  new to Ashtanga Yoga you should generally commence at intro 1 and then at the conclusion of the first class discuss the most appropriate ongoing level for you  with the teacher . Casual attendance at an intro class prior to committing to a course is welcome but please let us know you are coming by texting 0421799365 !

Introductory Level One Course



A steady and thorough introduction to the core aspects of Ashtanga Yoga. Through the practise of standing postures from the Primary Series build stamina and flexibility.

You take 2 classes per week for a total of 4 weeks.
( Can also be undertaken as 1 class per week over 8 weeks )

Suitable for anyone willing to learn, including absolute beginners. No yoga experience necessary.

Course Pricing: $145 / $135 Concession.
Payment can be made upon registering.
You can upgrade to an unlimited intro pass at reception for an additional $40


Introductory Level Two Course



Aiming to consolidate knowledge of the sequence of standing postures then commencing both the floor and finishing series ( including simple backbends and inversions).

You take any 2 classes per week for a total of 4 weeks.
( Can also be undertaken as 1 class per week over 8 weeks )

Also appropriate for anyone who has had a break from practice.

Course Pricing: $145 / $135 Concession.
Payment can be made upon registering.

Introductory Level Three Course - Intro to Mysore



A course for students who have completed Intro level 2 or are habitual led class attendees. This is an opportunity to experience the practice as it was intended – individual progression with the benefit of intuitive instruction, support and hands on assistance.

The course consists of three classes per week over 4 weeks , attending either the Monday morning at 6.30 am or Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm as your first session of the week , then any two mysore sessions from the general timetable .

In this course you will be committing to becoming established in a sustainable practice routine from which to build an ever expanding yoga repertoire. All the foundations have been put in place. This is an opportunity to really take hold of your own practice for increased health and well being.
