Halloween Kids Yoga Party

Are you ready to go on a journey to the Haunted Mansion?

This Halloween themed class will be a dynamic and fun session that will include dancing, games and going on adventures. There will be plenty of chances for children (and parents) to co-create the class with the teacher. This empowers the children and allows them to explore their bursting creativity.

Kids yoga is all about exploring connection through subtle practices of verbal and non-verbal communication, positive touch and partner yoga poses. After weaving yoga postures and breath work throughout the journey to dark and magical lands, we will end with a much needed relaxation and mindfulness practice.
