Service Description

In these classes one of our experienced teachers will verbally guide the class in unison through the Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Some sessions cover a partial or modified primary series and are especially suitable for people who have completed intro level 2 or are well established in another vigorous yoga method . Led classes that cover the full primary series of Ashtanga Yoga move quickly through the vinyasa so familiarity with the sequencing as well as a good level of fitness is recommended.
